Als Transportcoördinator supply chain ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen verkoop, productie, magazijn, expeditie, leveranciers, klanten en transporteurs. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze transporten soepel verlopen en onze klanten krijgen waar ze op rekenen: een tijdige en correcte levering. Jouw rol in het kort Als Transportcoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en bewaken van zowel inkomende als uitgaande transportstromen. Je houdt grip op de planning, schakelt snel bij afwijkingen en zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen. Je rapporteert direct aan het hoofd Bedrijfsbureau. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden omvatten; - Organiseren van Ex Works-afhalingen en klantretouren; - Afstemmen van laadmomenten en transportcapaciteit met vervoerders; - Bewaken van leverafspraken, voortgang en beschikbaarheid van goederen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van passende oplossingen; - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met transporteurs, leveranciers en interne afdelingen; - Verwerken en opvolgen van transportorders in ERP- en transportsystemen; - Zorgen voor een correcte logistieke administratie en transportdocumentatie; - Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen en optimalisatie van logistieke processen Wie ben jij?
