Zijderlaan Transportplanning Losgestort Transportplanner Losgestort 40 Stolwijk Ben jij een ervaren transportplanner en toe aan een volgende stap? Als Transportplanner Losgestort bij Zijderlaan krijg je je eigen planning met zo'n twintig auto's en chauffeurs onder je hoede. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid, met een ervaren en betrokken team om je heen. Je richt je voornamelijk op het vervoer van losgestorte producten voor de industriële sector. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met de andere planners binnen Losgestort, die onder andere het vervoer van veevoeders en landbouwproducten plannen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Een wijziging bij een klant, vertraging onderweg of een chauffeur die onverwacht uitvalt? Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat de planning blijft draaien. DIT GA JE DOEN - Je maakt dagelijks een efficiënte rit- en beladingsplanning; - Je coördineert de uitvoering van de planning en stuurt bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt; - Je hebt veel contact met klanten, chauffeurs en je collega's; - Je signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en zorgt voor praktische oplossingen; - Je houdt rekening met wet- en regelgeving rondom belading en rij- en rusttijden; - Je plant auto's tijdig vrij voor onderhoud in onze eigen werkplaats; - Je werkt nauw samen met de andere planners en springt bij waar dat nodig is. Bij vakantie en ziekte van collega's ben je daarnaast de back-up voor customer service Losgestort. In deze perioden zorg je onder andere voor de correcte administratieve afwikkeling van uitgevoerde transportopdrachten van onze eigen chauffeurs en charters. Je controleert en verwerkt daarbij onder meer gewichten, tarieven, data en toeslagen. Het team Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van vijf planners, een afdelingsmanager en collega's van customer service.
