Voor een bedrijf in Rekkem zijn we op zoek naar transportplanner voor regio Zuid Europa;

Plannen deelpartijen zuid Europa met eigen voertuigenpark en vaste onderaannemers, zowel export als import met behulp van transportplanning software.

Bevrachten deelpartijen en volle vrachten zuid Europa export en import met behulp van bedrijfseigen softwaresysteem.

Contacten met partners in zuid Europa.

Feedback aan customer care departement.

Instructies aan chauffeurs (eigen en vaste onderaannemers) alsook aan verantwoordelijken magazijn.

Rapporteren tekortkomingen en voorstellen tot efficiëntere en effectievere organisatie aan hoofd expeditie.

Opvolgen transportopdrachten.

Handelen in overeenstemming met IFS (International Food Standard)

Profiel

Bachelor.

Goede geografische kennis zuid Europa.

Interesse in het internationaal transportgebeuren.

Bij voorkeur minimale ervaring doch niet vereist (interne opleiding voorzien).

Talenkennis Nederlands, Frans, Engels / pluspunt Italiaans, Spaans.

Teamplayer die ook in staat is zelfstandig te werken.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Gedegen kennis excell.

Stressbestendig.

Sterk analytisch inzicht.
