Wegens groei zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Transportplanner. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt plannen van voertuigen, chauffeurs, bijrijders en ritten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze transportactiviteiten soepel verlopen en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en optimaliseren van dagelijkse transportplanningen. - Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun werkzaamheden. - Bewaken van de voortgang van ritten en tijdig inspelen op wijzigingen. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, chauffeurs en opdrachtgevers. - Verwerken van transportopdrachten en administratieve gegevens. - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen. - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en materieel. Wat vragen we? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in transport of logistiek. - Ervaring als planner of transportplanner is een pre. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht. - Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en gevoel voor prioriteiten. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Kennis van transportsoftware is een pre.
