Houd je ervan om dagelijks het overzicht te bewaren en zorg jij ervoor dat transporten vlekkeloos verlopen? Dan is deze functie bij onze opdrachtgever in Terneuzen precies wat jij zoekt! Functie Als transportplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, begeleiden en uitvoeren van de transportactiviteiten tussen chauffeurs en onze opdrachtgever. Dit doe je op een zo efficiënt en economisch mogelijke manier volgens binnenkomende orders. Dagelijks heb je veel telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met chauffeurs, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten soepel en veilig verlopen en bewaakt hierbij kwaliteit en veiligheid op afstand. Daarnaast voer je diverse administratieve taken uit, zoals het controleren van documenten, het verwerken van orders en het versturen van de juiste documentatie. Wat ga je doen? - Plannen, coördineren en begeleiden van transportopdrachten; - Intensief contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers; - Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van transporten; - Administratieve taken uitvoeren zoals document controle en ordeverwerking; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een Zeeuws bedrijf dat sinds 1958 uitgegroeid tot een internationale logistieke dienstverlener. Dagelijks zijn ruim 500 chauffeurs onderweg door heel Europa voor klanten in de papier-, chemie-, metaal-, en bouwindustrie.
