Voor een sterke familiale speler in de transport- en logistieksector is Randstad op zoek naar een gedreven en organisatorisch sterke transportplanner specifiek voor containertransport.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma Logistiek Management óf je hebt reeds een mooie ervaring opgebouwd binnen transportplanning.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert heel vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
  • Stressbestendig & Wendbaar: Je kunt snel schakelen bij onverwachte wijzigingen en blijft ook onder druk rustig en oplossingsgericht handelen.
  • Nauwkeurig & Georganiseerd: Je houdt van organiseren, bewaart het overzicht en werkt uiteraard uiterst precies.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt graag samen met collega's om gezamenlijk de schouders onder de beste dienstverlening te zetten.
  • Pluspunt: Ervaring met specifieke transportsoftware zoals Transics of TAS is een absolute troef!

Als Transportplanner ben je het kloppende hart van de logistieke werking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en efficient verloop van de transporten van A tot Z.

  • Planning opstellen: Je bent dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige planning van zo'n 12 tot 15 chauffeurs.
  • Aanspreekpunt Chauffeurs: Je leidt de chauffeurs in goede banen, geeft heldere instructies, volgt opdrachten op en ondersteunt hen bij eventuele knelpunten onderweg.
  • Communicatie & Afstemming: Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de klanten en stemt continu af met het eigen magazijn.
  • Klantgericht Handelen: Je denkt actief mee met de klant en biedt snel gepaste oplossingen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Administratie: Je staat in voor de correcte administratieve voorbereiding en afhandeling van alle ritten en documenten.
