Je beschikt over het denk- en werkniveau om zelfstandig een dynamische transportplanning te organiseren. Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden om met chauffeurs, collega's en andere vestigingen te schakelen. Je hebt de flexibiliteit om in wisselende diensten te werken. wat ga je doen? Als Transport Planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en bewaken van de dagelijkse transportplanning. Je coördineert de ritten van ongeveer 25 tot 30 chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat zendingen volgens planning worden afgeleverd. Gedurende de dag houd je de operatie nauwlettend in de gaten en speel je snel in op onverwachte situaties. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met chauffeurs, collega-planners en andere vestigingen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse ritplanning voor circa 25 tot 30 chauffeurs. - Het bewaken van tijdige leveringen en de voortgang van alle geplande zendingen. - Het ondersteunen en aansturen van chauffeurs tijdens de dagelijkse operatie. - Het oplossen van verstoringen zoals verkeersdrukte, uitval en onverwachte wijzigingen. - Het controleren en actueel houden van zendingen en statussen binnen het TMS. - Het uitwisselen van relevante operationele informatie met collega's en andere vestigingen. - Het volgen van KPI's en aandragen van verbeteringen voor een efficiëntere transportplanning. waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een internationale organisatie binnen de transport- en logistieke sector. Vanuit een vestiging in de regio Midden-Brabant worden dagelijks uiteenlopende transportstromen aangestuurd. Binnen de organisatie krijgen medewerkers veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
