Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Transportplanner om het planningsteam Special Waste te versterken. Samen met je collega-planners sta je in voor de coördinatie en optimalisatie van de nationale planning van de chauffeurs, die instaan voor het transport van afval in colli en op pallets.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert en beheert de dagelijkse planning van chauffeurs
  • Je verwerkt aanvragen voor ophalingen, leveringen en wissels van diverse colli-recipienten en plant deze efficiënt in via ons AX-systeem
  • Je stelt optimale routes op, rekening houdend met beschikbare middelen en afwezigheden
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij vragen of problemen
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning op basis van geografische en tijdsgebonden factoren
  • Je volgt de procedures rond afvalophaling nauwgezet op
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-planners en bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw deel van de planning

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in transport, logistiek of planning
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis, zowel regionaal als nationaal
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan snel en doortastend beslissingen nemen
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en onderhoudt vlot contact met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans (Engels is een plus)
  • Je hebt een digitale mindset en werkt vlot met MS Office en ERP-systemen (zoals AX)
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van tools en processen
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken in een wisselend uurrooster: 07u00 – 15u36 en 09u54 – 18u30
