Onze klant is een logistiek dienstverlener met meerdere vestigingen in Europa. Ze zijn sterk aanwezig in sectoren met hoge eisen, zoals mode (fashion), cosmetica en voedingssupplementen, waarin ze maatwerk en value-added services leveren zoals pick & pack, gepersonaliseerde verpakking, retourmanagement en omnichannel fulfillment.

Jobomschrijving

Als transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je maakt de dagdagelijkse internationale planning op;
  • Je springt bij op verschillende landen bij verlof/drukte;
  • Je optimaliseert de ritten en routes waarbij je focust op rendement en efficiëntie;
  • Je hebt contact met klanten, internationale partners en chauffeurs;
  • Operationele problemen los je op en je anticipeert snel op wijzigingen;
  • Opstellen van transportdocumenten en tarieven;
  • Je monitort de levertermijnen en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening;
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de transportafdeling.

Ben jij de transportplanner naar waar wij op zoek gaan?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als transportplanner of ervaring in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie;
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis van Europa;
  • Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Je kan goed omgaan met stressvolle situaties en kan snel schakelen bij wijzigingen;
  • Je bent flexibel, hands-on en communicatief sterk;
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS-Office, kennis van ERP is een plus.
