Functie

Voor onze klant in de Gentse Zeehaven, gaan wij met plezier op zoek naar een transportplanner.

Dit is jouw uitgebreide en uitdagende takenpakket als transportplanner in 2 ploegen:

  • Het efficiënt en kosteneffectief organiseren van de transportplanning.
  • Het opstellen en vastleggen van effectieve processen en procedures.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van orders in relevante systemen.
  • Ondersteuning van de transportplanning, voornamelijk met charterwagens en trailers.
  • Assistentie bij de dagelijkse planning en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van roundtrips.
  • Waarborgen van klantentevredenheid door probleemoplossend te werken en risico’s te minimaliseren.
  • Fungeren als coördinatie- en aanspreekpunt voor klanten, transporteurs, chauffeurs, de verzendafdeling en het magazijn.
  • Opvolgen van chauffeurs en onderaannemers om tijdige leveringen te garanderen.
  • Toezien op naleving van klantvereisten binnen de gestelde termijn en verzorgen van communicatie, opvolging en feedback.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van wettelijke vereisten en handhaven van ISO- en SQAS-normen binnen de bedrijfsactiviteiten.

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat transportplanner kan dit afvinken:

  • Opstarten van 6u-14u06 en 13u54-22u
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen de logistieke sector als transportplanner;
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels;
  • Sterke computerskills onder andere MS Office;
  • Klantgericht, nauwkeurig, prioriteiten leggen;
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld;
