Voor een logistiek dienstverlener in de regio Leidschendam zijn wij op zoek naar een Transportplanner die graag de regie houdt over routes, chauffeurs en de dagelijkse goederenstroom. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week; - Directe samenwerking met grote namen in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie; - Regelmatige borrels, gezamenlijke lunches en teamuitjes; - Een informele werkomgeving zonder dresscode, waarin je gewoon jezelf kunt zijn. Wat ga je doen als Transportplanner? Als Transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse distributieplanning soepel verloopt. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert en bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en vervoerders. - Opstellen van de dagelijkse distributieplanning voor meerdere vervoerders; - Bewaken van de operationele transporten en routeplanning; - Aansturen en begeleiden van chauffeurs en transporteurs; - Opstellen van transportrapportages en reviews voor het management; - Controleren van facturen en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Bijsturen van de planning wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Transportplanner? - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting logistiek; - Ervaring met transportplanning is een pré; - Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig; - Je staat stevig in je schoenen richting vervoerders en collega's; - Je hebt goede kennis van Excel en werkt makkelijk met transportdata; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
