Als Transportplanner regio Harelbeke sta jij in voor de chauffeursplanning van afvaltransport, van routeplanning tot dagelijks contact met chauffeurs via het AX-systeem. Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende speler binnen milieulogistiek en de circulaire economie, met meer dan 20 vestigingen in België, Frankrijk en Luxemburg. Ondanks de groei blijft het een familiaal bedrijf met een hands-on cultuur, waar initiatief en samenwerking centraal staan. Heb jij een eerste ervaring als planner en ben je stressbestendig? Hoe ziet jou takenpakket er uit als transportplanner voor afvaltransport

  • Chauffeursplanning voor afvaltransport op pallets en colli: daar draag jij mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor, samen met je team.
  • Via het AX-systeem verwerk je vlot alle aanvragen tot ophaling, levering of omruiling van recipiënten.
  • Beschikbare middelen en afwezigheden weeg je mee af bij het uitstippelen van de beste routes.
  • Chauffeurs weten jou dagelijks te vinden voor overleg over opdrachten en een luisterend oor bij vragen.
  • Tijd en geografie spelen een centrale rol in hoe jij je planning opbouwt.
  • De regels rond afvalophaling pas je stipt en consequent toe.
  • Als planner maak je deel uit van een hecht team, elk met een eigen groep chauffeurs onder de vleugels.
  • Samen zorgen jullie voor een planning die klopt als een bus.

  • Je hebt een eerste achtergrond binnen transport of logistiek en staat open om verder bij te leren.
  • Je kent de Belgische regio’s en wegen goed en kunt vlot inschatten wat praktisch haalbaar is.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, neemt initiatief en weet bij onverwachte situaties snel te schakelen.
  • Communicatie gaat je makkelijk af en je werkt graag samen met klanten, chauffeurs en collega’s.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools, leert nieuwe systemen snel kennen en bent flexibel inzetbaar in verschillende uurroosters.
