Als Planner ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, onderaannemers, vervoerders en het interne magazijn. Je draagt bij aan het vlotte verloop van dagelijkse temperatuurgevoelige transporten binnen Europa, zowel in volle vrachten als deelpartijen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en optimaliseren van transportroutes, waarbij je rekening houdt met de aard van de goederen, hun gewicht, temperatuurvereisten en eindbestemming. Je werkt nauw samen met eigen vervoerders en externe partners, zoekt proactief naar oplossingen bij wijzigingen of onvoorziene problemen, en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van alle klantorders. Daarnaast registreer je transportgegevens, kosten en planningsinformatie nauwkeurig in de systemen en ben je van tijd tot tijd bereikbaar buiten de gewone uren voor incidenten of ondersteuning tijdens feestdagen.

  • Transportplanning opstellen op basis van goederen, gewicht, temperatuur en bestemming, met aandacht voor efficiëntie en minimalisering van onnodige kilometers
  • Fungeren als contactpunt voor klanten, onderaannemers, vervoerders en het interne magazijn voor alle transportgerelateerde aangelegenheden
  • Samenwerken met eigen vervoerders en externe partners voor een optimaal transportproces
  • Proactief oplossingen zoeken en implementeren bij wijzigingen, storingen of onvoorziene omstandigheden
  • Transportgegevens, kosten en planningsinformatie nauwkeurig registreren en beheren in de systemen
  • Zorgen voor correcte en tijdige uitvoering van klantorders met aandacht voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid
  • Beschikbaarheid bieden buiten normale werktijden voor incidenten en ondersteuning bij behoefte
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een voordeel
  • Goede kennis van Excel en andere standaard kantoorsoftware
  • Passie voor transport en logistiek
  • Eerdere werkervaring in logistiek, planning of transportcoördinatie is een voordeel
  • Gedreven, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht mindset
  • Aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
  • Vloeiende communicatie en sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
  • Hands-on en flexibele werkstijl
  • Kalm onder druk en goed omgaan met veranderingen
