Wie zoeken we?

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of freight forwarding is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een sterke interesse in logistiek en transport komen in aanmerking
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office

Functieomschrijving

Als transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van transportzendingen. Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, transporteurs en andere partners en zorgt ervoor dat alle transportdossiers correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld.

Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden houd je steeds het overzicht en grijp je proactief in wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen binnen het transportproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van nationale en internationale transporten
  • Verwerken en controleren van transportdocumenten
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, transporteurs en externe partners
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en oplossen van transportgerelateerde knelpunten
  • Correct registreren en verwerken van transportgegevens in diverse systemen
  • Ondersteunen van douane- en exportprocessen waar nodig
  • Verzorgen van een heldere communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen
  • Actief meewerken aan optimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de transportafdeling
