Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende speler binnen de voedingssector en zorgt dagelijks voor de verwerking, verpakking en distributie van verse groenten en fruit.

Vanuit een sterke logistieke organisatie zorgen zij ervoor dat producten snel, efficiënt en betrouwbaar hun bestemming bereiken.

Jouw functie

Als Transportplanner vorm je een cruciale schakel binnen de logistieke operatie. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat transporten vlot verlopen en chauffeurs optimaal worden ingepland.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Inplannen van chauffeurs en externe transportpartners.
  • Aansturen van chauffeurs en voorzien van de nodige transportdocumenten.
  • Continu opvolgen van ritten en snel inspelen op wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende operationele afdelingen.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en betrouwbare dienstverlening richting klanten.

Je bent een echte spilfiguur binnen de organisatie en hebt een directe impact op de dagelijkse logistieke prestaties.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterniveau, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of transport.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als transportplanner, dispatcher of binnen een logistieke planningsfunctie.
  • Je denkt logisch, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan snel schakelen wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en behoudt het overzicht onder druk.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en Excel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Engels en Frans.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegenstelsel en weekendrotatie te werken.
