Heb je al ervaring met het plannen van ritten en ben je klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen een hecht team? Voor een geanonimiseerd bedrijf actief in de distributie van energieproducten zoeken we een transportplanner ter vervanging van een vertrekkende collega.

Je komt terecht in een team van 3 planners en 1 teamlead en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamlead. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in de ruime regio Gent, telt een middelgroot team en is actief in heel België met focus op Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

De onderneming opereert in een stabiele, logistieke sector die sterk seizoen gebonden is. Tijdens de winterperiode is het er aanzienlijk drukker. Binnen het team heerst een collegiale sfeer, met korte communicatielijnen en duidelijke taakverdeling.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stelt efficiënte rittenplanningen op en past ze flexibel aan bij last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Collega's rekenen op jouw ondersteuning, jij zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en duidelijke instructies.
  • Je bewaakt de orde en netheid van bestelwagens en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Klanten die bellen over geplande werken krijgen van jou een vriendelijk en correct antwoord.
  • Je neemt het beheer van transportdocumenten voor je rekening.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de planning gerelateerde administratie en voorraadbeheer.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als planner van ritten.
  • Om de Franstalige klanten goed te kunnen verder helpen, spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Frans.
  • Ervaring met het softwaresysteem Navision is pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
