Als sinds 1947 is onze klant een vaste waarde voor West-Vlaanderen. Als familiebedrijf zijn ze een betrouwbare partner voor bedrijven die werk willen maken van duurzaam afvalbeheer.

Jobomschrijving

Als Transportplanner ben jij een beetje de verkeersleider van de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat de chauffeurs weten waar ze moeten zijn, dat opdrachten vlot verlopen en dat alles administratief netjes opgevolgd wordt.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je maakt elke dag een slimme en efficiënte planning, waarbij je geografisch inzicht goed van pas komt
  • Je coördineert de opdrachten en communiceert duidelijk met de chauffeurs
  • Je volgt de planning nauwgezet op en stuurt bij wanneer de realiteit roet in het eten gooit
  • Je neemt een administratief luik voor je rekening: voorbereiding facturatie, ondersteuning loonadministratie, beheer weegbrug, ...
  • Je werkt dagelijks met Navision.
  • Je volgt de werking van de boordcomputers op en weet ook bij kleine technische problemen snel een oplossing te vinden.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe de planning nog slimmer en efficiënter kan
  • Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om mee te werken aan nieuwe projecten en verbeteringen binnen de werking van onze klant

Kortom: een veelzijdige job waarin planning, administratie, communicatie en probleemoplossend denken samenkomen. En vooral: een job waarin jouw werk elke dag zichtbaar verschil maakt.

Onze klant zoekt geen robot die alleen maar planningen afwerkt! Wel iemand die overzicht houdt, initiatief neemt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Plannen en organiseren zit in je natuur en je hebt een sterk geografisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar kunt ook snel schakelen wanneer de planning plots verandert.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Nieuwe systemen en tools schrikken je niet af. Ervaring met Navision is mooi meegenomen.
  • Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van mensen? Extra troef!
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Ieper of ziet het helemaal zitten om daar aan de slag te gaan.
