Voor een organisatie in Antwerpen, actief in de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een Transportplanner.

Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het omzetten van transportopdrachten naar een haalbare en efficiënte dagplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs, klanten en collega's steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken en dat transporten vlot worden uitgevoerd. Lees hieronder meer over de inhoud én voordelen!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je maakt een efficiënte en haalbare dagplanning op basis van de binnenkomende transportopdrachten.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs. Je geeft duidelijke instructies, volgt de uitvoering van de transporten op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je houdt klanten, chauffeurs en collega's proactief op de hoogte van de planning en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Je behandelt vragen, opmerkingen en klachten snel, correct en klantgericht.
  • Je anticipeert op wijzigingen, vertragingen en andere operationele knelpunten en zoekt hiervoor praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bewaart ook in drukke momenten het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Je krijgt de kans om op termijn door te groeien naar een teamleaderfunctie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring in transport of logistiek is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent matuur, betrouwbaar en stressbestendig en weet ook onder druk de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel en durft mensen op een respectvolle en constructieve manier aan te spreken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en begrijpt dat een operationele transportomgeving soms meer vraagt dan een klassiek 9-tot-5-ritme.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, durft beslissingen te nemen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat.
  • Je hebt de ambitie en het potentieel om door te groeien naar teamleader.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Microsoft Excel en leert nieuwe transportsystemen snel aan.
