Elke dag zorg jij ervoor dat containertransport vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Vanuit de uitvalsbasis in Rumbeke coördineer je de inzet van haakwagenchauffeurs die instaan voor het plaatsen, wisselen en ledigen van afzetcontainers.

Jouw taken als transportplanner:

  • Je organiseert en beheert de dagelijkse planning van containertransport in groot West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Je zet aanvragen en opdrachten om in haalbare en kostenefficiënte routes.
  • Je houdt rekening met tijdslots, rijafstanden, beschikbare voertuigen en personeelsplanning.
  • Tijdens de dag volg je de uitvoering actief op en grijp je in bij vertragingen, storingen of routewijzigingen.
  • Je staat continu in contact met chauffeurs, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je evalueert prestaties en vertaalt inzichten naar verbeteracties en optimalisaties.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging in transport- en planningssystemen.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert operationele gegevens zoals locaties, rijtijden en servicetijden.
  • Onregelmatigheden of incidenten rapporteer je gestructureerd aan de verantwoordelijke leidinggevende.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner, logistiek planner of dispatchmedewerker.
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar maturiteit, inzicht en leervermogen zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in het werken met TMS-, ERP- of fleetmanagementsystemen.
  • Je houdt van plannen, analyseren en optimaliseren en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en kan professioneel overleggen in Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools zoals Excel, boordcomputers en rapportagetools.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen een werkdag tussen 7.00 en 18.00 uur.
