Transportplanner - Bree

Ben jij een enthousiaste transportplanner die graag de touwtjes in handen houdt in een dynamische omgeving? Voor een gerenommeerd transportbedrijf in Bree zoeken we een gedreven coördinator vervoer met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. Hier krijg je de kans om jouw organisatorische vaardigheden in te zetten en transportoperaties soepel te laten verlopen.

Ben jij bereid om:

  • Je organisatorische vaardigheden in te zetten voor een soepel verloop van transporten?
  • Actief contact te onderhouden met chauffeurs en klanten?
  • Jouw verbeterideeën te delen om processen te optimaliseren?

In jouw rol als transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opstellen, afstemmen en opvolgen van rit- en routeplanningen.
  • Het coördineren van transporten en bijsturen waar nodig om leveringsafspraken na te komen.
  • Het optimaliseren van processen en routes om kostenefficiëntie en punctualiteit te vergroten.
  • Dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, opdrachtgevers en partnerorganisaties om de operatie soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Het analyseren van logistieke prestaties en voorstellen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
  • Het verwerken en beheren van transportdocumentatie en andere administratieve taken.

Voor deze functie verwachten we dat je aan de volgende vereisten voldoet: je hebt de nodige ervaring en vaardigheden om succesvol te zijn in deze rol.

  • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in transportplanning of een vergelijkbare logistieke functie.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische capaciteiten en een praktische probleemoplossende instelling.
  • Communicatief vaardig en een echte teamspeler.
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel inzetbaar en nauwkeurig in het werk.
  • Vaardig met logistieke planningssoftware en het Microsoft Office-pakket.
