Het delen van deze vacature stellen wij zeer op prijs. Transportplanner (m/v) - Zaandam Wat ga je doen? Als Transportplanner bij Albert Keijzer vorm jij het kloppende hart van onze logistieke operatie. Er wordt gewerkt met een geavanceerd planningssysteem waarbij er continu contact is met de chauffeurs en er zicht is op alle geografische posities van de transporteenheden. Via dit systeem lopen ook alle interne lijnen met het management, de administratie, reiniging en de garage. Als planner zorg je ervoor dat het juiste materieel op het afgesproken tijdstip met gekwalificeerde chauffeurs bij de klanten van Albert Keijzer worden ingezet. - Je zorgt ervoor dat het materieel efficiënt wordt ingepland; - Je stelt correcte vervoersopdrachten en transportdocumenten op; - Je meldt ritten tijdig aan bij klanten; - Je onderhoudt actief contact met chauffeurs onderweg; - Je coördineert tankreinigingen op thuisbasis én onderweg; - Je zorgt voor uitvoering van noodplannen indien nodig; - Je overlegt met klanten over eventuele tekortkomingen m.b.t. HACCP & GMP-transporten. Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles blijft draaien. Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met transportplanning; - Je hebt inzicht in logistieke processen en materieelinzet; - Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk tussen chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen; - Je bent stressbestendig en denkt in oplossingen; - Je hebt kennis van rij- en rusttijdenwetgeving; - Je bent bij voorkeur meertalig; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook onder druk.
