Jij houdt het overzicht over de beschikbare wagens en chauffeurs en zorgt dat alle transportstromen soepel op elkaar aansluiten. Van het plannen van groupage-transporten binnen Nederland en België tot het bijsturen wanneer de planning verandert: jij houdt het hoofd koel en schakelt snel. - Contracturen 40 uur - Werklocatie Bodegraven - Opleiding of ervaring MBO - Salarisindicatie 3.350,- tot 4.585,- Wat ga je doen? Je hebt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, charters en laad- en loslocaties en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen. Met jouw organisatietalent, communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor planning zorg je ervoor dat transporten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en de kwaliteit en service op niveau blijven. - Plannen en coördineren van groupage-transporten binnen Nederland en België - Efficiënt inzetten van beschikbare wagens en chauffeurs - Zorgen dat verschillende transportstromen en ritten naadloos op elkaar aansluiten - Verwerken van planningen, wijzigingen en transportgegevens in het Transport Management Systeem (TMS) - Chauffeurs tijdig informeren over hun planning, ritten en eventuele wijzigingen - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun ritten - Schakelen met chauffeurs, charters, laad- en loslocaties en andere betrokken partijen - Snel en adequaat bijsturen bij vertragingen, wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties - Bewaken van de rij- en rusttijden en zorgen voor een correcte planning - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van de transporten - Bijdragen aan een betrouwbare, efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening - Signaleren van knelpunten en actief meedenken over verbeteringen in de planning en transportprocessen Wat k...
