Ben jij een Transportplanner die houdt van uitdaging en verantwoordelijkheid? In Ieper coördineer je de planning van een 40-tal vrachtwagens en ben je de schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en depots. De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als transportplanner in regio Ieper?

  • Dagelijks puzzel je aan de planning van een 40-tal vrachtwagens in de diepvriesdistributie.
  • In nauw overleg met chauffeurs, klanten en depots zorg je dat laad- en lostijden, slotboekingen en prioriteiten tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn.
  • Vertragingen, files of last-minute orders? Jij houdt het hoofd als dispatcher koel en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteit, timing en correcte afspraken staan altijd bovenaan jouw lijstje, elke rit moet vlot en efficiënt verlopen.
  • Met jouw vlotte communicatie onderhoud je sterke klantenrelaties en zorg je voor een feilloze afstemming.
  • Samen met je collega-planners, de dispatch en het magazijn vorm je 1 hecht team dat elke dag opnieuw de planning rond krijgt.

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in transportplanning of dispatching
  • De Belgische wegen kennen geen geheimen voor jou en je ziet snel de efficiëntste routes
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met TAS TMS of bent bereid om dit bij te leren
  • Naast het Nederlands, durf je ook een woordje Frans en Engels te spreken
  • Je bent iemand die stevig in z'n schoenen staat: je combineert klantenvriendelijkheid met assertiviteit
