The posting

Het bedrijf haalt via verschillende op maat gemaakte diensten kadavers en dierlijk restmateriaal op voor verwerking en vernietiging. Zo zorgen we voor verlaging van dierziekte- en volksgezondheidsrisico’s. Bovendien maken we samen met u een belangrijke verduurzamingsstap, omdat wij onze eindproducten inzetten voor de productie van groene energie en duurzame brandstoffen.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale speler zoeken wij een logistiek planner die dagelijks zorgt voor een efficiënte transportplanning en een vlotte samenwerking tussen chauffeurs, klanten en interne diensten.

Als planner zorg je ervoor dat alle ritten zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingepland, rekening houdend met wetgeving, prioriteiten, volumes en geografische ligging.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning van A tot Z.
  • Optimaliseren van routes en ritten om een efficiënte logistieke werking te garanderen.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met chauffeurs over planning, dispatching en wijzigingen.
  • Afstemmen met operationele verantwoordelijken over beschikbare middelen en eventuele knelpunten.
  • Verwerken van last-minute wijzigingen en deze duidelijk communiceren naar chauffeurs en interne collega's.
  • Voorbereiden en verdelen van transportdocumenten, boorddocumenten en andere administratieve documenten.
  • Administratief controleren en corrigeren van transport- en handelsdocumenten.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over efficiëntere logistieke processen.
  • Fungeren als back-up van collega's binnen het planningsteam.

Jij bent de planner die wij zoeken wanneer je:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring hebt binnen logistiek of transport.
  • Ervaring hebt als planner, dispatcher, transportplanner of logistiek bediende.
  • Vlot overweg kunt met de courante MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Sterk bent in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Stressbestendig bent en snel kunt schakelen wanneer planningen wijzigen.
  • Communicatief sterk bent en graag samenwerkt met chauffeurs, collega's en klanten.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Bereid bent om te werken in een afwisselend uurrooster: (06h-14h // 12h-20h).
