Transportplanner | Logistieke Planning | Vast Contract

Manpower zoekt voor een sterke speler binnen de logistieke sector een enthousiaste Transportplanner. Ben jij een geboren coördinator die energie haalt uit plannen, organiseren en anticiperen? Hou je ervan om dagelijks te schakelen tussen chauffeurs, klanten en collega's? Dan is deze functie wellicht de perfecte volgende stap in jouw carrière.

Jobomschrijving

Als Transportplanner zorg je ervoor dat alle transportopdrachten efficiënt, tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is en waar jouw organisatietalent het verschil maakt.

Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van dagelijkse transportplanningen
  • Het aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun routes
  • Het opvolgen van leveringen en transportopdrachten van A tot Z
  • Het snel en efficiënt oplossen van onverwachte uitdagingen of wijzigingen in de planning
  • Het bewaken van deadlines, laad- en lostijden en beschikbare capaciteit
  • Het verzorgen van een correcte transportadministratie en documentatie
  • Het naleven van wettelijke voorschriften binnen transport en logistiek
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen van planningsprocessen en digitale tools

Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar snelheid, structuur en teamwork centraal staan.

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende troeven:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning, dispatching of logistieke coördinatie
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe contacten
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je kan je plan trekken in het Engels en het Frans
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe softwarepakketten aan
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's motiveert en ondersteunt
  • Affiniteit met transport en logistieke processen is een absolute meerwaarde
