Als transportplanner werk je in een team van 4 collega’s en tezamen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alle ritten efficiënt worden ingepland en leveringen tijdig en correct hun bestemming bereiken.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Samen met je collega's sta je in voor de dagelijkse transportplanning van een 45 tot 60 ritten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de vaste chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij vragen of problemen.
  • Als transportplanner waak je over de planning en grijp je snel in bij wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en rapporteert aan de teamleider.
  • Je behaalde een hoger diploma (graduaat / bachelor / master) in een logistieke richting OF kan enige planningservaring binnen wegtransport voorleggen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en durft Frans spreken met chauffeurs (fouten maken mag).
  • Verder ben je computervaardig.
  • Als transportplanner werk je gestructureerd & ben je communicatief en stressbestendig.
  • Je kan werken in een tweeploegensysteem (6u–14u en 14u–22u). Zo geniet je van meer vrije tijd en minder verkeer op de baan.
  • Je werkt gemiddeld 1 op 4 weekends (zaterdag 6u–14u, zondag 9u–17u); in ruil geniet je van twee vrije dagen in de week.
