Jobomschrijving

Als Transportplanner Liquid Bulk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van tanktransporten. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van chauffeurs en voertuigen en bewaakt een vlotte uitvoering van de transportopdrachten.

  • Opstellen, optimaliseren en bijsturen van de dagelijkse transportplanning
  • Efficiënt inzetten van chauffeurs, trekkers en tankopleggers
  • Opvolgen van lopende transporten en snel ingrijpen bij afwijkingen
  • Rekening houden met rij- en rusttijden, ADR-voorschriften en operationele vereisten
  • Coördineren van tankcleanings en productcompatibiliteit binnen de planning
  • Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van transportopdrachten in het TMS-systeem
  • Signaleren van problemen en uitwerken van kostenefficiënte oplossingen
  • Bewaken van leverbetrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen planning en logistieke processen
  • Ervaring als transportplanner of binnen een vergelijkbare logistieke functie
  • Ervaring met tanktransport, ADR of Liquid Bulk vormt een pluspunt
  • Sterk geografisch inzicht en affiniteit met internationaal wegtransport
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendige en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Besluitvaardige en praktische aanpak
  • Commercieel én operationeel inzicht
  • Nauwkeurige werkstijl en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Goede kennis van digitale systemen en planningssoftware
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van Duits, Frans en Engels
