Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze dynamische rol! Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze transportoperatie op rolletjes loopt en vormt de cruciale schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en interne teams. Onder leiding van de Transportcoördinator, plan en optimaliseer jij dagelijks met je collega's de routes van de chauffeurs. Efficiëntie, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid staan hierbij centraal.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je coördineert en plant dagelijks de ritten van onze chauffeurs en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je motiveert, coacht en stuurt chauffeurs aan om het transport soepel en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en collega’s en zorgt voor een proactieve en klantgerichte service.
  • Je handelt vragen, klachten en opmerkingen snel en correct af.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en optimalisatie van onze transportmiddelen en processen.
  • Je hebt een sterk organisatorisch inzicht en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Klanttevredenheid is voor jou een prioriteit en je denkt steeds oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring als Transport Planner of in een vergelijkbare logistieke functie is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Microsoft Excel en bent bereid om transportspecifieke software onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht en speelt flexibel in op veranderingen.
