Dan is deze functie als Transportplanner in Den Bosch iets voor jou! Wat je gaat doen Als Transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat het transport van betonmortel iedere dag zo soepel mogelijk verloopt. Je neemt de eerste planning over van je collega en zorgt ervoor dat alle ritten goed worden uitgevoerd op de dag zelf. Daarbij ben je continu bezig met het optimaliseren van de inzet van chauffeurs en transportmiddelen. Een chauffeur die ziek wordt, een vrachtwagen met pech of een onverwachte file? Jij schakelt snel, maakt de juiste keuzes en zorgt dat het transport door kan gaan. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin de planning gedurende de dag regelmatig verandert. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je stressbestendig bent en snel kunt handelen. Tegelijkertijd houd je contact met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het maken, bijsturen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning; - Het begeleiden van het volledige order intake-proces; - Schakelen met chauffeurs, klanten, collega's en externe partijen over de planning; - Direct oplossen van onverwachte situaties, zoals ziekte, pech of vertraging onderweg; - Draaien van consignatiediensten in de avonduren en weekenden, wanneer dit nodig is (1x per 10 weken).
