Onze klant is actief in nationale en internationale distributie met een volledig geautomatiseerd magazijn.

Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk zijn vaste stekken voor hen waar ze hun klantenbestand hebben opgebouwd.

De zaakvoerder zelf zit ook nog mee in het bedrijf en zal bij drukte ook mee bijspringen om de collega's de ondersteuning te geven die ze op dat moment nodig hebben.

Jobomschrijving

Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte dagelijkse transportplanning en zorg je ervoor dat de transporten vlot verlopen.

  • Je maakt de gedetailleerde planning voor de volgende dag.
  • Samen met je collega's plan je een vloot van ongeveer 100 vrachtwagens zo efficiënt mogelijk in.
  • Je bewaakt de lopende planning en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je volgt de transporten nauwgezet op via QARGO.
  • Je bezorgt de chauffeurs alle nodige informatie voor een correcte uitvoering van hun opdrachten.
  • Je werkt proactief, anticipeert op mogelijke problemen en zoekt snel naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met chauffeurs en collega's.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het planningsteam om een optimale service naar de klanten te garanderen.
  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner en kent het vak door en door.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Belgische wegennet.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet op een correcte en duidelijke manier met chauffeurs om te gaan.
  • Stress en tijdsdruk schrikken je niet af. Je weet snel te schakelen en speelt kort op de bal.
  • Je bent flexibel, praktisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Ervaring met QARGO is een mooie troef.
