Voor deze functie als Transportplanner gaan we op zoek naar iemand die zal instaan voor de transportplanningen (zowel nationaal als internationaal). Onze klanten krijgen de juiste service en staan altijd centraal! In contact met de chauffeurs, vervoerders, verladers, klanten en tussenstations zorg jij dat alles vlot verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er dan als volgt uit:

  • Aannemen van transportopdrachten
  • Het wagenpark van trekkers, opleggers en chauffeurs efficiënt inplannen
  • Optimaliseren van de planningen zodat week- en maanddoelen bereikt kunnen worden
  • Tijdig zorgen voor aansluitende ladingen
  • Dagelijks de planning doorlopen voor eventuele verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Chauffeurs en charters aansturen en durven aanspreken
  • Signaliseren van commerciële kansen en actief benaderen van bestaande klanten
  • Controleren van uren en rijtijden

Voor deze functie als Transportplanner gaan we op zoek naar iemand met de nodige zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en ervaring om zo snel een belangrijke rol binnen het bedrijf op te nemen.

  • Bachelor diploma of denkniveau
  • Minstens een 5-tal jaar ervaring in planning
  • Een logistieke achtergrond in the pocket
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel mondelijk als schriftelijk sterk
  • Kennis van rijtijdwetgevingen, bijhorende documentatie en vergunningen
  • Sterke geografische kennis
  • Communicatief sterk met een mooie dosis sociale vaardigheden
