The posting

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, bewaken en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's, vervoerders en andere betrokken afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat routes efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en deadlines worden behaald.

• Opstellen en optimaliseren van circa 200 dagelijkse transportroutes; • Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen dag- en avonddiensten; • Werken met Excel, Outlook en het plansysteem; • Controleren en verwerken van gegevens aan de hand van vaste checklists; • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen de planning; • Onderhouden van contact met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen; • Analyseren van afwijkingen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen; • Afstemmen met collega's om de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de planning te waarborgen; • Overdragen van lopende werkzaamheden aan collega's aan het einde van je dienst.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig werkt en onder tijdsdruk overzicht weet te behouden. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waarin planning, analyse en communicatie samenkomen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

• Je beschikt over minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen; • Je kunt snel werken met Excel, Outlook en andere systemen; • Je werkt gestructureerd en blijft accuraat, ook wanneer deadlines dichterbij komen; • Je denkt in processen en zoekt naar manieren om werkzaamheden slimmer in te richten; • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en houdt overzicht over meerdere processen tegelijk; • Je bent communicatief sterk en onderhoudt gemakkelijk contact met verschillende partijen; • Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar en bereid om dag- en avonddiensten te werken; • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift; • Ervaring met plansystemen en Microsoft Office is een pré.
