Ben je daarnaast een strategische denker met een passie voor efficiëntie? Dan is de rol van Transportplanner misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van transporten van en naar Marokko. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt door een efficiënte planning van vervoersopdrachten. Hierbij is het jouw taak om de perfecte balans te vinden tussen kwaliteit, service en kostenefficiëntie.

Na een grondige inwerkperiode krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over het organiseren van transportopdrachten, leveringen en afhalingen. Je houdt hierbij rekening met klantwensen, interne procedures en operationele afspraken.

Daarnaast:

  • Verwerk en registreer je zorgvuldig inkomende transportorders.
  • Optimaliseer je de rendabiliteit van dossiers door rekening te houden met zendingsinformatie en klantafspraken.
  • Volg je lopende dossiers nauwlettend op om een vlotte facturatie te waarborgen.
  • Onderhoud je dagelijks contact met klanten, chauffeurs, transportpartners en agenten.
  • Denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en rapporteer je aan de Operations Manager.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die beschikt over een nauwkeurige en proactieve werkhouding. Je bent in staat om het overzicht te behouden, zelfs wanneer meerdere transporten tegelijk lopen. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Bij voorkeur enige ervaring binnen transport of logistiek, maar dit is geen vereiste.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van laadvermogens, cubages, laadmeters en verschillende verzendeenheden zoals europallets, blokpallets en IBC's.
  • Kennis van CMR-wetgeving, ADR-regelgeving en Incoterms is een pré.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Een nauwkeurige manier van werken en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
