Jobomschrijving

Hou jij het overzicht wanneer de planning voortdurend verandert?

Een chauffeur die vertraging heeft, een levering die verschuift of een transport dat plots anders georganiseerd moet worden: als Transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat de planning blijft draaien.

Voor een professionele organisatie in Antwerpen zoeken we een Transportplanner met ervaring binnen logistiek of transport. Je organiseert dagelijks verschillende transportopdrachten en bent de verbindende schakel tussen interne collega's, chauffeurs en externe transportpartners.

Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelf oplossingen te vinden wanneer de planning verandert.

Je verantwoordelijkheden als Transportplanner:

  • Je plant en coördineert dagelijkse transportopdrachten.
  • Je bepaalt mee hoe transporten zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen worden ingepland.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met chauffeurs, transportpartners en interne collega's.
  • Je volgt geplande ritten, leveringen en afhalingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je houdt rekening met beschikbare capaciteit, timing en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Je past de planning aan wanneer omstandigheden wijzigen of onverwachte situaties ontstaan.
  • Je zoekt snel naar een haalbare oplossing bij vertragingen of wijzigingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat betrokken partijen tijdig over aanpassingen worden geïnformeerd.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert transport- en planningsgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je houdt administratieve gegevens correct en actueel.
  • Je bewaakt het overzicht over verschillende transportstromen en openstaande acties.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over manieren om ritten en processen efficiënter te organiseren.

Jouw profiel als Transportplanner:

  • Je hebt ongeveer 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistieke planning of een vergelijkbare planningsfunctie.
  • Je kunt meerdere transporten en prioriteiten tegelijkertijd opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je bent gewend om snel te schakelen wanneer een planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht en durft beslissingen te nemen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met chauffeurs, collega's en externe partners.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen correct administratief worden verwerkt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem of vergelijkbare planningssoftware.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische, distributie- of vergelijkbare operationele omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Een opleiding binnen logistiek, supply chain of transportmanagement is een pluspunt, maar relevante praktijkervaring is minstens zo belangrijk.
