De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Transportplanner

  • Plannen en opvolgen van nationale en internationale transporten
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en rendabele inzet van chauffeurs en voertuigen
  • Rekening houden met rij- en rusttijden en transportreglementering
  • Bijsturen van de planning bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of onverwachte situaties
  • Bewaken van het overzicht over lopende transporten en dossiers
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, chauffeurs en interne diensten
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van transportdossiers
  • Controleren van prestaties en opvolgen van transportactiviteiten
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan chauffeurs waar nodig

  • Bachelor in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning of logistiek
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in het behouden van overzicht
  • Organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Flexibel en vlot in een veranderende omgeving
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk functioneren
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met Navision, Transics of andere logistieke software is een pluspunt
