In deze uitdagende functie als Transportplanner in regio Roeselare ben jij de spil tussen chauffeurs, productie en klanten. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen transporten vlot en efficiënt. Je komt terecht in een financieel gezonde familiale onderneming waar kwaliteit, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.

Als Transportplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte planning van het transport en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde dankzij de combinatie van planning, administratie en nauw overleg met collega's. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Plannen en coördineren van het transport van 25 eigen vrachtwagens
  • Organiseren van interne ritten, externe transporten en leveringen naar onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning voor België, Nederland en Frankrijk.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs bij de dagelijkse planning.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners.
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van transportopdrachten in Transix.
  • Transportdocumenten correct beheren en opvolgen.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere transportprocessen en optimalisaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij een beperkt deel van het warehousebeheer.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's binnen transport, logistiek en productie.
  • Rapporteren aan de Logistics Manager.

  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning of dispatching.
  • Ervaring met wegtransport is een grote troef.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Vertrouwd met MS Excel en in staat om nieuwe systemen, zoals Transix, snel onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht onder druk.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in de omgang met chauffeurs, collega's en externe partners.
  • Een echte teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
