Als Logistics Assistant / Transport Planner ondersteun je het logistieke team bij de dagelijkse transportadministratie en planning. Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte organisatie van de leveringen en bent een belangrijke back-up voor de dagelijkse routeplanning en transportcoördinatie.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je ondersteunt bij het opmaken en opvolgen van dagelijkse transport- en routeplanningen.
  • Je verwerkt orders en zorgt ervoor dat de transportadministratie correct en up-to-date is.
  • Je coördineert met chauffeurs en stemt levermomenten, wijzigingen en praktische afspraken af.
  • Je volgt leveringen op en grijpt in wanneer er zich vertragingen of andere problemen voordoen.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert transportdocumenten en proof of delivery (POD).
  • Je houdt voertuig-, route- en planningsgegevens nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het analyseren van routes, leveringen en eventuele serviceproblemen.
  • Wanneer de operationele werking dit vereist, help je mee in het magazijn.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek, transportadministratie of planning.
  • Ervaring met transportplanning is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de planning wijzigt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met chauffeurs, collega's en klanten.
  • Je bent flexibel en springt graag bij waar nodig.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een praktische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
