Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele planning van distributie- en groupagetransporten. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig en efficiënt op hun bestemming geraken en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs tijdens jouw shift.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning in de BeNeLux.
  • Coördineren van groupage- en distributieritten.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun ritten.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en snel inspelen op onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en rendabiliteit van de planning.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de transportafdeling.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega's van operations, customer service en warehouse.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die snel zijn of haar weg vindt binnen een operationele omgeving en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner binnen distributie en groupage.
  • Ervaring met volle vrachten (FTL) alleen is niet voldoende; kennis van distributieplanning en groupage is essentieel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans, aangezien je dagelijks contact hebt met voornamelijk Franstalige chauffeurs.
  • Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en neemt initiatief.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
