Ben jij een organisatietalent dat bruist van de energie en een passie heeft voor transport en logistiek? Als Transportplanner ben jij de sleutelspeler in het soepel laten verlopen van transporten naar en vanuit Italië. Ben jij in staat om vervoersopdrachten efficiënt in te plannen? Heb je een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en ben je gericht op kostenbesparingen? En ben je een communicatieve ster die verbinding kan maken tussen verschillende stakeholders? Dan is deze functie op jouw lijf geschreven!

Na een uitgebreide inwerkperiode ga jij aan de slag met het organiseren van transportopdrachten, leveringen en afhalingen in jouw regio. Jij houdt rekening met de wensen van de klant, operationele afspraken en interne procedures. Als jij jezelf herkent in deze eigenschappen, dan ben jij de ideale kandidaat!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Dagelijks plannen en coördineren van transporten van en naar Italië.
  • Verwerken en registreren van binnenkomende transportopdrachten.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van leveringen en afhalingen.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs en internationale partners.
  • Opvolgen van transportdossiers van aanvraag tot facturatie.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, rendabiliteit en klanttevredenheid.
  • Controleren van dossiergegevens zodat een correcte facturatie kan plaatsvinden.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen de planning en operationele processen.

Jij bent stressbestendig, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs wanneer meerdere transporten gelijktijdig lopen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen transport, expeditie of logistiek is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Kennis van laadvermogens, laadmeters, cubages en verzendeenheden zoals europallets, blokpallets en IBC's.
  • Kennis van CMR-wetgeving, ADR-regelgeving en Incoterms is een plus.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen is een meerwaarde.
