Jobomschrijving

Wil je een functie waarin je stap voor stap kunt groeien in transportplanning? Als transportplanner krijg je een uitgebreide opleiding en neem je de planning geleidelijk over van een ervaren collega. Je werkt in een familiaal transportbedrijf met korte communicatielijnen, een vaste dagplanning en ruimte om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Functieomschrijving

Als transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van het containertransport.

  • Dagelijkse planning van ongeveer 10 chauffeurs en 7 onderaannemers
  • Opvolgen van containertransport van A tot Z
  • Geleidelijk overnemen van de planning in verschillende fases
  • Administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van transportopdrachten
  • Verwerken van de administratie en facturatie
  • Contact met chauffeurs, onderaannemers, klanten en het magazijn
  • Begeleiden van chauffeurs bij hun opdrachten
  • Bijsturen van de planning wanneer er wijzigingen of problemen ontstaan
  • Meedenken met klanten en zoeken naar een praktische oplossing
  • Op termijn verder uitbouwen van je verantwoordelijkheid binnen de transportplanning
  • Samenwerken met de andere transportplanners binnen het team

Je start niet meteen met het volledige takenpakket. De eerste maanden ligt de focus op de achterliggende administratie en leer je het transportproces en de werking van het bedrijf kennen. Daarna bouw je stapsgewijs je verantwoordelijkheid in de transportplanning op.

Dit heb je nodig

  • Bacheloropleiding Logistiek of relevante ervaring binnen transport
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Frans, ongeveer 60% van de chauffeurs spreken Frans
  • Nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging
  • Bereidheid om het volledige transportproces stap voor stap te leren

Dit is een pluspunt

  • Ervaring als transportplanner
  • Ervaring met containertransport
  • Kennis van Transics en/of TAS
  • Ervaring met transportadministratie en facturatie

Geen uitgebreide ervaring in transportplanning? Dat is geen probleem. Voor deze groeifunctie is vooral belangrijk dat je de verschillende onderdelen van de functie stap voor stap wilt aanleren.
