Jij zorgt voor de perfecte planning, ondersteunt chauffeurs en werkt administratief alles nauwkeurig af. De functie inhoud Jouw doorsnee dag als transportplanner in Brugge ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde transport- en routeplanningen op basis van binnenkomende orders
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling tussen de chauffeurs zodat de ritten vlot verlopen en alle deadlines worden gehaald
  • Assisteren bij de dagelijkse planning van het transportteam en het opvangen van de planning tijdens verlof van de hoofdplanner
  • Het ondersteunen van de chauffeurs door hen te voorzien van de nodige documenten voor hun ritten, zoals vrachtbrieven, vergunningen en routeinformatie
  • De administratief rond de transportdata correct in het systeem in te voeren en zorgen dat alle dossiers correct worden afgerond
  • Deelnemen aan wisselende shiften om continue planning te garanderen

  • Daarnaast kan je goed werken met MS Office
