The posting

Als transportplanner ben jij de spil in de logistieke organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en dagelijks bijsturen van de rittenplanning van meer dan honderd vrachtwagens. Je verzamelt en controleert alle nodige gegevens om de routes zo efficiënt mogelijk te organiseren. Je stuurt chauffeurs aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt volgens de gemaakte afspraken.

Een gemiddelde dag bestaat uit het opvolgen van leveringen, het aanpassen van de planning waar nodig en het snel oplossen van onverwachte uitdagingen. Je communiceert veel: met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans en Engels. Soms komt er ook wat Duits bij kijken. Je gebruikt performante planningssystemen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de transportmanager.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als transportplanner
  • Hoger secundair onderwijs
  • Je kan efficiënt omgaan met problemen, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Assertief en overtuigend communiceren
  • Overzicht bewaren, vooruitdenken en betrokken werken
  • Enthousiast en oplossingsgericht
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands (spreken en schrijven)
  • Zakelijk Engels (gesproken en geschreven), Frans en eventueel Duits
  • In het bezit van de verplichte veiligheidsverificatie voor Belgische havens vanaf 2025
