The posting

Als transportplanner draag je dagelijks bij aan het soepel verlopen van de transportprocessen. Onder leiding van de magazijnmeester zorg je voor een efficiënte planning en organisatie van de goederenstroom.

Dit ga je doen: - Het plannen van efficiënte routes; - Verzorgen van de benodigde documenten voor het magazijn, laders en chauffeurs; - Het geven van duidelijke informatie aan chauffeurs over leveringen; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en chauffeurs bij vragen of problemen; - Controleren van facturen en het uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden; - Aansturen van de laadploeg.

Het bedrijf in de regio van Berkel en Rodenrijs is gespecialiseerd in ventilatiesystemen voor de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor en drie vestigingen in Nederland bedient het bedrijf jaarlijks ruim 4.000 klanten. Jij krijgt hier alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien: waar liggen jouw ambities?

Je werkt fulltime in de dagdienst van 07:00-16:00. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt een MBO-opleiding in de richting van logistiek of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kennis van Microsoft Office; - Je bent georganiseerd en hebt kennis van transportregelgeving.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.900 en € 3.200 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Vakantiegeld van 8% via Artiflex en opbouwen van vakantiedagen; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Fijne werksfeer en leuke collega's; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht en bij indiensttreding een winstuitkering, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen!
