Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd en stuurt bij waar nodig.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:Opstellen, bewaken en continu optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning.Coördineren van nationale en internationale transporten.Zorgen voor een optimale inzet van het eigen wagenpark en externe vervoerders.Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten en verstoringen.Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder rij- en rusttijden.Onderhouden van contacten met chauffeurs, klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners.Analyseren van bezettingsgraad, lege kilometers, wachttijden en transportkosten.Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen de transportafdeling.Bijdragen aan wagenparkbeheer, capaciteitsplanning en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Functievereisten Je bent een ervaren planner die snel schakelt en altijd het overzicht bewaart. Je durft beslissingen te nemen, communiceert helder en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor chauffeurs, collega's en externe vervoerders.Daarnaast beschik je over:Minimaal mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in transport, logistiek of supply chain.Minimaal drie jaar ervaring als transportplanner, senior planner of transportcoördinator.Ervaring met de planning van een eigen wagenpark én externe transportpartners.Goede kennis van rij- en rusttijden en relevante transportwetgeving.Ervaring met nationale en internationale transporten, bij voorkeur tussen Nederland en Duitsland.Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Duitse taal; Engels is een pré.Ervaring met transportmanagementsystemen, boordcomputers, track & trace en Microsoft Excel.
