Je stapt binnen bij een gevestigde en snelgroeiende speler in de bouwsector met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring op de teller. Hier combineert men de stabiliteit van een grote speler met de warme, dynamische sfeer van een familiebedrijf met korte communicatielijnen. Met een modern en uitgerust wagenpark en een hecht team van eigen chauffeurs én vaste externe partners, wordt er dagelijks voor gezorgd dat hoogwaardige bouwmaterialen—van welfsels tot betonstaal—veilig en stipt op de werven geraken.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Transport Planner Bouwmaterialen

  • Je start de dag met een verse tas koffie en duikt in de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Je puzzelt de meest efficiënte routes uit voor de eigen chauffeurs en stemt laadmomenten naadloos af met je collega's in het magazijn en de productie.
  • Schakelen is jouw tweede natuur: je staat in nauw contact met klanten over leveringsafspraken en schakelt indien nodig externe transporteurs in.
  • Krijgt een chauffeur te maken met vertraging of een technische tegenslag? Jij behoudt het overzicht, stuurt de planning proactief bij en biedt de nodige ondersteuning.
  • Daarnaast zorg je dat alle administratie—zoals CMR's, leveringsbonnen en wegenbonnen—vlekkeloos op orde is.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan als planner of in een soortgelijke logistieke functie.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met bouwmaterialen.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, klantgericht en assertief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent een organisatorisch talent dat onder druk het hoofd koel houdt en snel kan oplossen.
  • Je kent de Belgische wegenkaart als je broekzak.
  • Digitalisering schrikt je niet af: je werkt vlot met ERP- en digitale planningssystemen.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands (kennis van het Frans of Engels is een fijne troef).
