Bodegraven-Reeuwijk Transportplanner Stef Bodegraven B.V. Stef Bodegraven B.V. is op zoek naar een Transportplanner - Fulltime - MBO Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt inzetten van beschikbare wagens en chauffeurs voor de uit te voeren (groupage) transporten binnen Nederland en België. Je laat alle stromen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten en schakelt daarbij goed met o.a. onze chauffeurs, charters en laad/los locaties. Je verwerkt gegevens en wijzigingen in het Transport Management Systeem van STEF. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de chauffeurs tijdig op de hoogte zijn van de planning en begeleidt hen tijdens de rit en houdt rekening met de rij- en rusttijden. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het hooghouden van de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en service. Wat vragen wij? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, opleidingsrichting bij voorkeur in de logistiek - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Gedegen kennis van MS Office en affiniteit met het werken met een TMS systeem - Goede geografische kennis van de Benelux - Stressbestendig, proactief en efficient. - Ervaring als Transport Planner en kennis van planpakketten is een pré - Je bent accuraat, zelfstandig en een teamspeler die niet bang is om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen - Een hands-on mentaliteit, dit is geen 9 tot 5 baan. Er wordt gewerkt in 4 verschillende diensten en in weekenden volgens rooster.
