Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de technische dienstverlening en ondersteunt industriële bedrijven bij hun operationele activiteiten. Met meerdere vestigingen verspreid over Vlaanderen en een sterke expertise binnen een gespecialiseerde niche, realiseren zij uiteenlopende projecten voor toonaangevende industriële klanten. Om de verdere groei en efficiënte werking van de organisatie te ondersteunen, zijn we voor de regio Hoboken op zoek naar een transportplanner.

Jobomschrijving

Takenpakket

Voor deze klant met meer dan 1200 medewerkers zoeken we een planner die een centrale rol speelt in de dagdagelijkse personeelsplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment op de juiste werf aanwezig zijn en bent de schakel tussen operationele teams, medewerkers en ondersteunende diensten.

Je staat in voor het opstellen en bijsturen van personeelsplanning en verwerkt verloven, stopzettingen en afwezigheden. Bovendien ga je opzoek naar geschikte vervangingen om de continuïteit op de werven te garanderen. Je voert aanmeldingen en registraties voor het personeel op de werven uit. Ook het coördineren van personeelsvervoer behoort tot je takenpakket. Je werkt samen met verschillende interne diensten om uitdagingen snel op te lossen.

Bovendien krijg je de kans om actief mee te denken over optimalisatie van planning- en administratieve tools en processen. Je werkt mee aan de digitalisatie van de nieuwe planningstool en de implementatie ervan. Je komt terecht in een team met 5 andere planners.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als planner achter de rug
  • Je hebt een professionele kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis Frans is een must
  • Je bent assertief en werkt probleemoplossend
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent communicatief
