Een sleutelrol binnen de logistieke sector waar planning, overzicht en snelle besluitvorming samenkomen. Vanuit Antwerpen zorg je dagelijks voor een efficiënte en veilige organisatie van containertransporten in een dynamische omgeving.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Transportplanner inhoudt:

  • Instaan voor de dagelijkse routeplanning en coördinatie van haakwagens
  • Verwerken van klantaanvragen voor het plaatsen, ledigen en ophalen van afzetcontainers
  • Vertalen van aanvragen naar een efficiënte dagplanning met aandacht voor rijafstanden, materiaal en deadlines
  • Afstemmen van de planning met beschikbaarheid van chauffeurs en voertuigen
  • Correct verwerken van de planning in digitale planningssystemen
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met chauffeurs
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en vlotte uitvoering van de ritten
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van ingezette containers en correcte toepassing van procedures

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een logistieke richting
  • Heeft een eerste ervaring in transportplanning of logistiek, of is gemotiveerd om zich hierin te verdiepen
  • Beschikt over een goede geografische kennis van Vlaanderen
  • Communiceert vlot en duidelijk met chauffeurs en interne diensten
  • Hakt snel knopen door en bewaart het overzicht in drukke situaties
  • Blijft kalm en flexibel bij wijzigingen en onverwachte omstandigheden
  • Vlot in het Nederlands, basiskennis Frans of Engels is een plus
  • Maakt digitale tools en planningssystemen snel eigen
  • Bereid om te werken in een wisselend uurrooster
