Ben jij een logistieke puzzelaar die het hoofd koel houdt in de dynamische wereld van transport? Voor dit bedrijf zoeken wij een gedreven Transportplanner Containers.

??? Jouw dag als Transportplanner Containers

  • Contacten onderhouden tussen key accounts en onze planningsafdeling
  • Binnenkomende telefoons en mails verwerken
  • Communicatie met chauffeurs. Aanspreekpunt voor hun dagelijkse problemen waar jij een oplossing voor aanbiedt.
  • Bestaande trajecten opvolgen via track & trace en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Communicatie en terugkoppeling naar klanten waar klantgerichtheid/vriendelijkheid centraal staat.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Graduaat logistiek of ervaring in soortgelijke functie in containertransport.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar reeds bewezen ervaring met containertransport.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet hoe je chauffeurs correct en kordaat aanstuurt.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kunt snel schakelen wanneer de planning dwingt tot aanpassingen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en streeft altijd naar een tijdige en kwalitatieve service.
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis en bent administratief nauwkeurig.
