Voor een internationaal actieve speler in de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren transportplanner OF een bachelor logistiek met relevante stage ervaring.

We kijken uit naar een kandidaat met een lange termijn engagement voor een organisatie doe sterk inzet op interne groeikansen!

je komt terecht in een team van 3 waar jullie instaan voor de planning van het containervervoer, vnl tussen de Gentse zeehaven en die van Antwerpen en Rotterdam.

Die planning behelst één grote klant actief in automobielsector, aangevuld met andere klanten uit diverse sectoren.

Jouw takkenpakket?

  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert de dagelijkse transportplanning van de containers op de meest efficiënte en kosteneffectieve manier
  • Je verwerkt transportorders correct en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging
  • Je ondersteunt de planning van charterwagens en trailers
  • Je denkt actief mee met de klant over de beste transportoplossingen
  • Je bent de spoc als het aankomt op vragen van klanten, chauffeurs, transporteurs én de interne collega's
  • Je volgt leveringen heel kort op en grijpt proactief in bij eventuele uitdagingen
  • Je bewaakt deadlines, verzorgt duidelijke communicatie en de klant kan op jouw kennis en kunde rekenen voor een kwalitatieve service
  • Je houdt ervan om de processen te optimalsieren

Wie is onze ideale transportplanner?

  • Je hebt kaas gegeten van planning en voelt je als een vis in het water in de dynamiek van de logistiek, en dat voelt de klant!
  • je kan terugkijken op relevante werkervaring in planning
  • Naast een zeer goede kennis Nederlands, ben je vlot in het Engels. Basiskennis Frans is voldoende in deze rol.
  • Je bent een man/vrouw van jouw woord en geeft graag jouw engagement op lange termijn
  • je werkt graag in een klein team en kijkt er naar uit om na de inwerkperiode een autonoom takenpakket te mogen opnemen!
  • je gaat aan de slag in een 2 ploegensysteem (werkuren tussen 06 en 22u) waarvoor een ploegenpremie is voorzien
